Steven Williams was first introduced in 21 Jump Street as the Capt. who took over the Jump Street program after the death of Capt. Jenko. At the start he played a tough, determined and well organized character. Not easy to like at first. But later in the following episodes and seasons a more compassionate side of his character was revealed which made his role more and more interesting. Steven Williams loved and believed in the show, and was proud to that it tackled on sensitive issues concerning youth. He appeared, guested and starred in a number of great TV searies afterwards. But the best one I've seen was L.A. Heat which was aired here in the Philippines. For me that was truly a great show.
