Question : What made you decide to become an actor?
Answer : I never didn't consider becoming an actor. As Dom DeLuise's son I thought everybody's parents acted! I didn't know there were such things as secretaries or electricians. When I did find out there were other job opportunities out there I thought, why would anyone want to do anything besides act?"

Question :Did you have any problems growing up as the son of a famous person?
Answer :"Yeah, the identity crisis. A lot of celebritites' offspring end up OD-ing on drugs or taking their own life. I mean, it's in the news all the time. Well, I didn't do that, and I made it, so I'm a rare market here. It's tough though, when people don't realize I made it on my own merit."

Question : What was your first professional acting role?
Answer : "Well, I did some stuff with my dad, but the first role I got on my own was a hockey player named Fielding in The Facts Of Life. I was on for the last five minutes of the show."

Question :What kind of acing background did you have before you took the role of Penhall?
Answer : "I took drama classes in high school and acting classes afterwards. I appeared on network sitcomes, made - for - television movies and acted on stage."

Question : What were your high school years like?
Answer : "Weird. I wasn't a fat kid, I was the fat kid. I played football - I was pretty good - and I was really into the drama class, which Football players usually weren't known for their singing and dancing! I was also kind of a social outcast because I didn't do drugs. Everybody else seemed to be really into them."

Question : Is that how you can play an intense, drug - hating undercover cop on the show?
Answer : "I'm heavily into the anti-drug message the show promotes. People say your characters betray the children in the school. You befriend them, then bust them. Well, I say it's better to be busted than to be dead because of drugs. If we can save just one kid's life because of the show, I'll be happy."

Question : You say you used to be fat... you sure are in shape now. What's your secret?
Answer : "I work out five hours a day - weightlifting, that kind of stuff. I have a trainer who works me hard! I'm also careful about what I eat, it's health food and all high - protein."

Question :What do you do when you're not acting?
Answer :I ride my motorcycle whenever I can, and I'm a movie druggie!"

Question : Some have been wondering about the chain you used to wear on your neck.

Question : What do you look for in a female?
Answer : Definitely a sense of humor. I do not like totally skinny women. I like them muscular, unafraid to belly laugh and willing to wrestle."

Question : What would you say to an up - and - coming young actor?
Answer : Never give up, and make sure it's the only thing you want to do!
